Wally’s Tamales is a sole proprietorship owned by Michael C. Waller under the Colorado business license number of 41942280000. Wally’s Tamales has been in business since 2003.  Two years of research and product development ensured that Wally’s Tamales were the best when they hit the market in 2005. 

We started with the original Pork & Chicken Tamale then added the influences that came from different parts of Mexico.  We combined the ingredients that a small group of testers and I picked as the best out of all the renditions of tamales that were sampled and created Wally's Tamales. Home of the "Tamaco™" not only is it BIG, this eleven ounce handheld delight can be eaten on the go or just sitting down to a fine southwest meal.  After two years of test marketing in Arizona, New Mexico, Mexico, Texas, and Colorado, I brought my products to market. Wally’s Tamales has sold product at Whole Foods, the United States Air Force Academy football, basketball, and hockey games, USOC events, concerts, sports events, and Olympic figure skating in Colorado Springs. Wally’s products are very well received in all venues.
